Below code will helps us to get list of all the folder name in specified folder and bind that list to dropdownlist
DirectoryInfo dd= new DirectoryInfo("C:\\");
DirectoryInfo[] dd= dd.GetDirectories();
foreach (DirectoryInfo dinfo in dd)
{
DropDownList1.Items.Add(dinfo .Name);
}
