What is the term impediments in Scrum?
As we knows the impediments means "Something that makes it difficult for a person". Same in Agile impediments are the issued or obstacles faced by any of the scrum team which will slow down the work or its speed. And if something that will trying to block the scrum team from their getting work "Done" then it is an impediment. And the form of impediment can by of any type. To understand this we have some of given below impediments:-
(1)Business Problems
(2)Some lack of skill or knowledge
(3)External issues like weather, war etc.
(4)Missing of resource or some sick team member.
(5)Lack of management supportive system.
(6)Some technical, operational or organizational problems. | |
