What do you mean by content negotiation in .NET Web API?
Content negotiation is one of the process to select the best from multiple representations which are available in given response. This will simply allows one to choose rather than negotiate content that one wants to get in response. And this is performed at the server side. Or in another words we can say this chooses best media type for matters to return a response to an incoming request.
