Below are the 8 different HTTP methods in Web API:-
(1)Get:-
Here we retrives data from the respective server by using specific URI.
(2)Head:-
This is same as Get but send status line and header section only.
(3)Put:-
This will update and replacess all already exit resource with the uploaded content.
(4)Post:-
This will be used to send data to respective server.
(5)Delete:-
This will remove all current resouces given bey URI.
(6)Options:-
This will specifies communication options for th etarget resource.
(7)Connect:-
This will create a tunnel to server based on a given URI.
(8)Trace:-
This will performs a message loop-back test along path to the target resource.
