Is it good to use waterfall over the Scrum?
My answer is Yes. Sometimes we use waterfall module over the scrum. And the reason is when client requirement are simple, small, fully under-stanable, predictable, well defined and the subject does not change until the project complete. Then we can use waterfall over scrum. | |
