How to get Random Number for specific range in SQL Query?
To apply Rand() function to a specific range you must have minimum or maximum values. And below is the formula to apply rand() function. And you need to put @start and @end value for range:-

Round(( ( @end - @start - 1 ) * Rand(checksum(newid())) + @start ), 0)
