Can you define Sprint zero and Spike in Agile and what is use of these?
(1)Spikes:-Spikes are the basically type of stories which are used for different activities like design, research, exploration and even prototyping. And in between sprints we can take spike for work related to any technical or design issue. And basically spikes are of two types:-
(i)Technical Spikes
(ii)Functional Spikes

(2)Sprint Zero:-Sprint Zero comes into picture when we perform some research before initiating the first sprint. And we use this sprint during start of the project for activities like setting development environment, preparing product backlog and so on.
