Basic definition of Teardata?
When we have a large-scale data warehousing application Teradata is perfect selection. Teradata is Relational Database Management System (RDBMS). It is an open system. And it is also perfect for parallelism concept. Teradata can run on Windows, Linux and Unix server platform. Teradata have the feature to support multiple data warehouse operations at the same time to different clients.
Teradata is developed by American IT firm whose name is Teradata corporation. It deal with analytic data platforms, applications, and other related services. Below are the characteristics of Teradata:-
