| Which Library and class file used to handle PDF in PHP?
There are functions in PHP to create a PDF file by using PDFlib version 6. And PDFlib offers an object-oriented API for PHP5 in addition to the function-oriented API for PHP4. ANd there are also some Panda module.
And there is class in PHP which is FPDF which helps you to generate PDF file with pure PHP without using the PDFlib. And here F in FPDF stands for free. And we can use this to any requirement and modify as per our needs. And this FPDF class requires no extension and works for both PHP4 and PHP5(except zlib to activate compression and GD for GIF support). | | |
