What do you mean by "Baseline Date" in sap
Baseline date is the date from which the payment terms is apply. Mainly it is the date on invoice but it can also be the date of entry or posting date from ledger.
Or in another way it is the basis of system which obtain the cash discount taken by vendor or cash dicount given to customer. And during the entry of customer and vendor invoice we need this baseline date whicle doing this transactions.
