Explain the Term Cold Calling, Spamming, Automatic Dialer
(1)Cold Calling:-Cold calling is one of technique in which a sales-person contacts individuals or customer who have not previously expressed interest in the offered products or services. In another definiation we say Cold calling is process in which customer are called for business interaction who have been expecting so.
(2)Spamming:-Today we know lots of small or big business tried out the bulk messages used for telemarketing and this purpose are called spam and this process is termed as spamming.
(3)Auto Dialer:-Same of telemarketing industries generally use an electronic device or a software to automatically dial phone numbers. And the software and devices are called autodialers. | |
