Difference between Firewall and Gateway
Below are most common differences between Firewall and Gateway
(1)Gateway:-A network gateway will join networks together with the help of hardware and software.
(1)Firewall:-A network firewall will protect computer network from unauthorized incoming or outgoing access.

(2)Gateway:-Its a networking hardware or node which connects two disparate network to communicate each other.
(2)Firewall:-A firewall is both hardware and software application which sets the rules as per which data packets are allowed to enter the network.

(3)Gateway:-Most common gateways are computer and router which can connect an enterprise to the internet.
(3)Firewall:-Network firewalls may be hardware devices or software programs.
