| What is fees for Right To Information(RTI ACT)?
As in india every citizen have right to get the information from a public suthority. And here the requestor need to send a demand draft or bank cheque which is payable to the Account officer of the public authority as fees prescribed for taking information. And this fees is exempt if person is from disadvantaged community.
And the applicant may also required to pay further fee towards the cost of providing the information. And the details is intimated to the applicant by the PIO as prescribed by the RTI ACT. | | |
