| Simplest definition of Memory-Mapped files?
Generally we used Memory-Mapped files in asp.net to map the content of file with the logical address of an application. In general File mapping is process of mapping the disk sector of file into the virtual memory space of a process. Its helps multiple process can share data the data with each other on same machine. ANd to get the mempry mapped file object. we use below syntax:-
MemoryMappedFile.CreateFromFiles()
This above code will shows a persistent memory-mapped file from a file on disk. | | |
