| Different types of privileges used in SQL?
There are mainly two types of privileges used in SQL which is given below:-
(1)System Privilege:-When we say System privilege it deals with the object of particular types and which provides users the right to perform one or more actions on it. And actions include different tasks and process like CREATE/ALTER/DELETE VIEW, ALTER ANY INDEX, ALTER ANY CACHE GROUP, CREATE/ALTER/DELETE TABLE, performing administrative tasks etc.
(2)Object privilege:-This type of privilege which allows to perform action on an object or object of another users and example of these are INDEX, REFERENCES, EXECUTE, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, SELECT, FLUSH, LOAD etc. | | |
