There are many situation when Failure happen in Devops and in Post mortem meeting we discuss what went wrong and what steps should be taken so that failure will not occur again. Here in Post mortem meetings we will not try to blame any one of failure but will discuss how to prevent outages from reoccurring and planing redesign of the infrastructure so that downtime can be minimised.
